GREELEY, Colo.—A Weld County judge has sentenced a man to two years in jail for groping a blind woman and failing to register as a sex offender.
James Rodgers pleaded guilty last month to unlawful sexual contact and failing to register. The sentence was handed down on Tuesday.
.Authorities said Rodgers groped a woman who is legally blind at a laundry in downtown Greeley in February.
