KEYSTONE, Colo.—Arapahoe Basin Ski Area plans to open for the season Wednesday.
So far, it’s the earliest opening date that any Colorado resort has announced for this season.
A-Basin says it will have one lift open to mid-mountain, where visitors can ride or ski one intermediate trail. A few terrain park features also will be available. The mountain expects to have an 18-inch base of snow.
Arapahoe Basin is traditionally among the first resorts in the country to open for the season.
