DENVER—Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has charged a 26-year-old man with murder and assault in connection with a shooting on New Year’s Day.
Robert Rubio is accused of killing 21-year-old Troy Martinez and wounding a 22-year-old man while the victims were visiting a friend. The wounded man was not identified.
Rubio’s next court appearance has not been scheduled.
