As is part of the tradition, the 2013 lineup rumors have been swirling on the Internet before 2012 festival goers could even recover from sunburns and dehydration.

Really there’s no telling who could be on the lineup when itap announced (hopefully within the week). Seriously, it could be anyone. Even Tupac came back from the dead to play Coachella last year.
Here are our top 10 Coachella lineup rumors and our predictions for if they’ll come true.
10) The Lumineers, will almost definitely play

8) The Smiths, won’t play unless every music fan gives up meat
Coachella has once again attempted to get to reunite with the Smiths to headline the festival. Organizers have even gone as far as Even though Morrissey has said he won’t play the show, maybe the dream of spreading his “meat is murder” message will get the better of him. If not,
7) Phoenix, will almost definitely play
With a new album on the way this year, and having already been announced at the New Orleans Jazz Festival and the Primavera Sound Festival, itap not far off to think will play Coachella, too.

Even though the Times responded by saying it had most definitely not leaked this very sensitive information, it wouldn’t be completely out of the question for Timberlake to play, since he’s releasing an album this year.
3) David Bowie, eh, you’d like that wouldn’t you
David Bowie is releasing a new album this year, which makes him a stronger candidate than some to headline the festival, and his name pops up like crazy on fan wishlists. The problem is he has no plans to perform live this year…
