SILVERTHORNE, Colo.—The Silverthorne Town Council has approved an urban renewal plan.
Community leaders said Wednesday they want to build a vibrant town center, which has been in the works for 17 years.
According to the Summit Daily ( ), the council now wants to improve the core of the community instead of trying to expand the program across town.
