While they don’t need to get a big break, a record deal or even any more fame and fortune, some pretty exciting big names are on the SXSW 2013 music lineup.

These big acts include Prince, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and more who will bring some of the more impossible lines of fans to venues in Austin, Tex., this week.

We’ve put together a list of the best big acts on the SXSW 2013 music lineup. Start forming an orderly queue at these venues now. Then, of course, there’s always the scores of upcoming bands that will have smaller lines and might be the next big headliners.

5) Vampire Weekend

March 15, 5 p.m. — SXSW Radio Day Stage, festival registrants only

March 16, 12:15 a.m. — Stubb’s, 801 Red River, badges and wristbands

might not be at superstar status yet, but with its third album due out in May, the band is kicking off a huge 2013 that includes some of the top festivals and venues.

4) Depeche Mode

March 15, 10 p.m. — Brazos Hall

The term “Most Popular Electronic Band” has been used to describe , who is set to release its 13th studio album this year. This is Depeche Mode’s first SXSW showcase, where the band will play some new material.

3) Yeah Yeah Yeahs

March 13, 11 p.m. — NPR Music’s SXSW Showcase, Stubb’s

The much-anticipated fourth album from the comes out next month — the first since the hugely successful “Itap Blitz” in 2009. Yeah Yeah Yeahs are defined by some of the most explosive live shows — frontwoman Karen O has even been known to injure herself on stage — and a return to SXSW where the band was first discovered in 2001 will be a quite the moment.

2) Prince

March 16 — La Zona Rosa?

At this point a performance by hasn’t been 100 percent confirmed, but according to hitfix.com, the legendary artist will play his first SXSW on Saturday. So far this year, Prince has released a few new tracks and performed a number of surprise shows. Itap mysterious, but it seems that he’s gearing up for a pretty exciting year.

1) Dave Grohl’s Sound City Players

March 16 — 9:15 p.m. to 2 a.m., Stubbs

Itap almost as if trying to crown himself king of music, or king of rock at least. He’s spent most of his year performing shows with and leading around the , which includes Trent Reznor, Josh Homme, Stevie Nicks, Rick Springfield, Rick Nielsen, John Fogerty, Paul McCartney and more. On top of that, he’s the keynote speaker at SXSW 2013 and performing the same night.
