DENVER—A man accused of fatally stabbing a man on a bus in Denver has been formally charged with first-degree murder.
Twenty-year-old Isaiah Moreno is being held without bond following the death of 39-year-old Esteven Ruiz-Cisneros, who was stabbed in the neck April 9. Moreno is due in court this week to be formally advised of the charge.
According to court documents, Moreno allegedly told investigators he was high on methamphetamine and heroin at the time of the stabbing.
