The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man suspected trying to lure children near King Elementary School on April 10.

Justin Nooner, 27, was arrested Thursday for allegedly asking two female juvenile victims near the school if they wanted to perform sexual acts on him, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.

While patrolling the area of King Elementary, a sheriff’s deputy noticed a vehicle and driver matching Nooner’s description, according to the sheriff.

Nooner was interviewed and arrested for enticement of a child, a felony.

He is being held on a $3,000 bond.
