The company said the deal covers not only Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard restaurants but Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurants in Colorado and other states.
The agreement covers distribution of more than 95 percent of the company’s products, Good Times said.
Food Services of America is one of the country’s largest food-service distributors, serving customers in 17 states from 10 regional distribution centers.
is a North Carolina-based restaurant. Good Times has certain development rights to the Bad Daddy’s concept in Colorado, Kansas and Arizona and owns 48 percent of franchiser Bad Daddy’s Franchise Development LLC.
