A man who was kicked out of a house party in Brighton took revenge early Sunday when he returned and ran over two, injuring both, and then hit a parked car before fleeing, police said.
The two victims were transported to Denver Health Medical Center, said Brighton Police spokesman Sgt. Mark Kohn.
The incident occurred at about 4 a.m. in the 2400 block of Purcell Place, Kohn said.
“The driver left and came back and when he came back he started doing doughnuts in the cul de sac. Some people came out of the party and it looks like he intentionally hit two and hit a car,” Kohn said.
A second man was in the car with the driver. Police are searching for two persons of interest: Isaiah Phillip Twito, 21, and Adrian Omar Ramirez, 19, both of Thornton.
The suspects were in a light blue, four-door, 2000 Honda Civic.
Police didn’t release photos of the two.
Both victims are from Brighton. Police have not identified them nor said how badly they were hurt.
