Getting your player ready...
Q: I am school teacher and would like to use an iPad to wirelessly connect to a projector so I can display instructional materials on the wall of my room. Is this possible?
— Bryan Whiting
A: Yes. The easiest way to share content from an iPad 2 or later with an external screen is with AirPlay Mirroring. You’ll need WiFi network access, an Apple TV and a projector that supports HDMI /HDCP in your classroom. Visit Apple’s support page on AirPlay Mirroring at for instructions on how to use the feature. If you have an older projector that doesn’t support HDMI, another option would be to connect the Apple TV set-top box to a big screen TV.
