DENVER—The Denver Housing Authority says federal rules require them to evict relatives of a mother who was killed by a gunman.
Sandra Roskilly was the only person named on the lease, but she lived in the home with her mother and her autistic son
According to KMGH-TV ( ), Roskilly was killed Friday by a man on a shooting rampage. The relatives were notified on Monday they would have to move out of the home and the locks were changed.
