M.I.A. has shared “Unbreak my Mixtape,” another song that could presumably end up on the upcoming, “Matangi,” due out Nov. 5 on Interscope. The odd track includes a Blur-sampled breakdown, which you can listen to below.
The last year has included quite a bit of scheming for — most recently with this where she name drops Neo from “The Matrix.”
With her name atop the Fun Fun Fun Fest lineup in November (conveniently coinciding with her album release), expect a full tour to be in the works. After splitting romantically and musically with producer Diplo, M.I.A. has been “chasing the dragon” so to say, looking to maintain the same level of credibility. We say, “,” M.I.A.
