1 Resistance is futile. On Sept. 18, Englewood police officers responded to the 3200 block of South Sherman Street, where a woman wanted her son removed from her house because he was off his medication. Officers placed a mental health hold and tried to restrain him but he fought back. He was eventually taken into custody.

2 Run. On Sept. 20, Englewood police officers contacted two people in the 3700 block of South Fox Street for a possible curfew violation when a man left two baggies of white powder on a patrol car and ran away. He assaulted an officer in the process but was taken into custody.

3 Felony menacing. On Sept. 21, Englewood police officers responded to the the 200 block of WestGrand Avenue, where a man accused of felony menacing had barricaded himself in his apartment. He was taken into custody without incident.

4 40-ounce theft. On Aug. 28, a Littleton police officer was dispatched to Pyramid Liquors,599 W. Littleton Blvd., where a man was caught stealing a 40-ounce beer. The man admitted to stealing the beer and two others three days before. He was given a citation.

5 Car window broken. On Aug. 29, a Littleton police officer responded to the 5000 block of West Caley Place, where someone broke a woman’s car window, but did not steal anything from the vehicle. (Not on map.)

6 Mr. Clean. On Aug. 26, Littleton police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Progress Avenue, where two men were fighting about the cleanliness of a courtyard. Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
