Grandview, Lewis-Palmer, Manitou Springs, Resurrection Christian and Caliche remain No. 1 in the teams’ respective classes in this week’s ‘s prep volleyball polls.
The Wolves received 10 of 12 first-place votes for the No. 1 spot in Class 5A, followed by No. 2 Arapahoe and No. 3 Fossil Ridge. Doherty (No. 4) and Regis Jesuit (No. 5) swap spots in a week where little changed.
In 4A, Lewis Palmer remains in the top spot, garnering seven of 12 first-place votes. Cheyenne Mountain stays at No. 2 with four first-place votes. No. 9 Battle Mountain enters the rankings, replacing Coronado.
Despite receiving seven of 11 first-place votes, Manitou Springs holds a one-point lead over No. 2 Eaton for the top of Class 3A. Holy Family jumps two spots into the No. 4 position. No. 10 University enters the poll as Lamar drops out.
Class 2A has Resurrection Christian sitting at No. 1 with five of 10 first-place votes. Undefeated Fowler, which has three first-place votes, comes in at No. 2, followed by No. 3 Lutheran. No. 7 Swink comes into the rankings, taking over for Akron.
Caliche is the unanimous choice for No. 1 in Class 1A, followed by No. 2 Otis and No. 3 Fleming. No. 8 Idalia and No. 10 Edison make appearances in the poll, as Rocky Mountain Lutheran and Vail Christian drop out.
