COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police have arrested the executive director of the Southern Colorado Youth for Christ Ministry on charges he exposed himself to a vulnerable victim who was seeking his counsel.
Michael Rueffert was arrested on charges of unlawful sexual contact for an incident that allegedly occurred around Oct. 24.
According to KKTV-TV ( ), Rueffert was ticketed for unlawful sexual contact.
