COLORADO SPRINGS — Police say a 28-year-old woman suspected of vehicle theft Saturday night had methamphetamine in her belly button.
A patrolling officer saw a woman and a man steal a vehicle in the 300 block of North Murray Boulevard shortly after 10:30 p.m. The officer stopped the vehicle and took Michelle Rendon and Arturo Velasquez, 18, into custody on vehicle theft charges, according to police.
Police allegedly found meth in Rendon’s navel at the Criminal Justice Center.
