
Suspect tosses trash around at McDonald’s. A manager of a McDonald’s called Denver Police on Nov. 2 after a customer at the location at 505 E. Colfax Ave. caused a disturbance. The suspect was reportedly told to leave on previous occasions and was causing a disturbance by yelling loudly and throwing trash.
Baseball bat possibly used in vandalism.The owner of LittleSaigon Supermarket, 375 S. Federal Blvd., called Denver Police on Nov. 2 after he found the window on his front door broken. The imprint of broken glass led police to believe that the back end of a baseball bat had been used.
Woman assaulted by suspects. On Oct. 31 a woman was assaulted after a verbal confrontation in the 7200 block of East Smith Road. As the woman attempted to get away in her vehicle, two female suspects began beating her. A witness tried to stop the altercation, but he was stopped by three male suspects, one of whom produced a gun. After the suspects fled, they were contacted by Denver Police and identified.
Office Depot employee caught stealing from register. An employee of Office Depot, 7305 E. 36th Ave., was arrested Nov. 4 after he was caught stealing from a register. The manager was investigating the loss of $150 from the suspect’s register and determined that he had taken it. The suspect admitted to stealing almost $1,000.
Residence window broken with rock. On Nov. 3, a man called Denver Police to report that one of the windows had been broken at his residence in the 5600 block of Baltimore Court. Police had no leads.
