WINDSOR, Colo.—A Windsor man is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a co-worker after luring her to meet to discuss an upcoming Army National Guard deployment.
Police say 25-year-old Dustin Toth told the woman he “needed a friend” to talk to Sunday about his upcoming deployment. When the woman arrived to meet him at a Safeway parking lot in Windsor, she got in his car, where he allegedly pulled a knife and threatened her.
The Tribune reports that the woman was then allegedly drugged and brought back to Toth’s home, where he held her overnight and sexually assaulted her ( ).
Toth allegedly set her free Monday, after which she went to a hospital. Toth faces multiple felony counts.
