
Man attacked by three suspects. A man was beaten and taken to a hospital Nov. 30 after being attacked in his apartment complex parking lot in the 8000 block of East 12th Avenue. The man was hit several times by one of the suspects and then kicked in the head and stomach by another suspect while on the ground.
Wine stolen from Brown Palace. Denver Police responded to a theft Dec. 2 at the Brown Palace Hotel, 321 17th St. Six bottles of wine were stolen from the restaurant’s wine cellar, but it is unknown when the bottles were taken and there were no suspects. The wine was described as 2000 Chateau Petrus.
Man beaten, robbed after car stopped. On Nov. 30, Denver Police responded to a robbery in the 1400 block of Champa Street. The victim told police that he was driving with a friend when a man walked into the street and stopped the car. When the victim got out to see what was wrong, two suspects beat the man and stole his wallet.
Woman avoids robbery at her home. A woman was nearly robbed at gunpoint Dec. 1 at her home in the 1200 block of Syracuse Street. The woman told Denver Police that a man knocked on her door. When she answered, the suspect produced a handgun and demanded money. The woman said she closed the door without giving him anything and the suspect fled.
Suspects throw rock through dispensary window. On Dec. 3, Denver Police officers were called to Pink House Pearl, 1445 S. Pearl St., after rocks were thrown through a window. The suspects fled in an unknown direction.
