Denver police are looking for a maroon car that might have been involved in a shooting Sunday afternoon. The shooting left a man wounded in the leg.
Officers were called to Curtis and Downing streets at about 3:30 p.m. on a report of two shots fired.
Police said it appeared two African-American men were in the vehicle.
The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening, police said. Anyone with information can call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
