Young as it may be, is continuing its trend of impressive lineups for its third installment at Telluride’s Town Park. Organizers have shared the initial lineup for this year’s festival, which includes Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Spoon, the Hold Steady, White Denim, Delta Rae, Lucero and more.
The Ride Festival takes place on July 12-13 and tickets are on sale now for $165-$325.
Other artists announced today include, JJ Grey & Mofro, Joan Osborne, Vintage Trouble, Rival Sons, The Wood Brothers, Reignwolf, Brother and Bones, Harlem Gospel Choir, The Delta Saints, and The Cold Stares, with additional artists still to be announced.
It will take some time before it can be considered a rival of Telluride’s many great music events, but with The Ride Festival’s track record so far, it might be sooner than we think.
Last year The Ride Festival brought David Byrne & St. Vincent, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Cake and Steve Earle.
