To celebrate the band’s first studio album in nine years, the will play a free concert on The Hill in Boulder. The band announced the news via a video on its
Recorded on Tuesday, the announcement video shows String Cheese Incident’s Kyle Hollingsworth begging for money and playing accordion in his hometown of Boulder. Billed as “Free Incident,” the show is at 6 p.m. on April 28, the day before the band releases the new album, “Song in My Head.”
In a very Colorado/Boulder/SCI fashion, the show is also presented by Denver-based vaporizer company O.pen Vape.
The well-loved local jam band in Broomfield that included sets from the Flaming Lips and the Del McCoury Band.
