Two trucks collided on I-25 in Larimer County and one person has been seriously injured.
The crash happened about 11:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the highway, which were shutdown by the incident, said Trooper Josh Lewis, a Colorado State Patrol spokesman. Traffic was being detoured onto Highway 392.
The interstate reopened just after 3 p.m. The injured person has been taken to a local hospital.
State Patrol Trooper Del McFarland that a northbound orange Allied moving truck rear-ended a pickup truck traveling the same direction, sending the pickup east of I-25 onto the frontage road.
The out-of-control moving truck then crossed the center median and struck a southbound white semi-truck head-on.
