Aereo, the Internet TV startup that lost with broadcasters last month, is taking its fight to the public. The company, which offered a cloud-based TV service despite not paying license fees to broadcasters, has created to outline ways consumers can help Aereo turn its service back on. “Don’t let your voices be silenced. Let’s stand together for innovation, progress, and technology,” Aereo CEO Chet Kanojia wrote in an e-mail to subscribers. Following the Supreme Court decision that Aereo is violating broadcasters’ copyrights, the company has temporarily ceased operations.
