Legacy catcher Wyatt Cross and Highlands Ranch infielder Nicholas Shumpert will play in the at 6:05 p.m. Aug. 16 at Wrigley Field in Chicago.

Both were among the first 10 to commit in January to play in the game.

Cross, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound senior-to-be, had a .302 batting average with four doubles and 14 RBIs for Legacy last season. Cross gave his verbal commitment to play at North Carolina.

Shumpert, a 5-foot-11, 180-pound senior-to-be, had a .410 batting average with five doubles and three home runs for Highlands Ranch last year. The son of former Rockies utilityman Terry Shumpert, Nicholas gave his verbal commitment to play at Kentucky.

The game will air on the MLB Network at 7 p.m. Aug. 17.
