The Lawrence brothers of Disclosure have attached their star to the right rocketship with the booming career of Sam Smith. Despite taking over a year to hit the ears of the American masses, “Latch” is burning up radiowaves and iTunes charts with the saavy production from and the silky crooning of .
Disclosure and Sam Smith assaulted the Jimmy Kimmel stage with all of the guys donning shirts buttoned to the top. The buttons didn’t cramp their style, because the the DJs performed a near flawless take on “Latch” while Mr. Smith owned the stage with a self-assurance of a seasoned veteran on the circuit for many years. The garage(y) producers look to take over San Francisco with an appearance at this weekend’s Outside Lands Festival.
