The Jefferson County school board is under fire again, this time for a proposal to teach materials promoting patriotism, respect for authority and the free-market system while avoiding material that would encourage or condone “civil disorder, social strife or disregard of the law.”

Students and some board members claim it’s censorship.

The latest unrest in Jeffco has prompted and possibly, most damaging of all, a wicked stream of tweets called #JeffcoSchoolBoardHistory.
