Itap no wonder Bennett, Colo., didn’t want to host Riot Fest again. I live more than a half-mile northwest of the Mile High parking lot — site of last weekend’s Riot Fest — and we could clearly hear the concerts all three nights. The noise pollution alone was outrageous. Does the city not require or set a decibel level for private-venue, permitted outdoor concerts in Denver, especially those that have the potential to affect surrounding neighborhoods?
