Re: “Democrats chill free speech by halting Citizens United film,” Sept. 26 guest commentary.
Ken Buck, candidate for the 4th Congressional District, ignores one salient fact in his guest commentary promoting Citizens United’s “documentary”: Citizens United is not a documentary filmmaker. It is a partisan political group. Therefore, the ruling that its political polemic cannot be released falls well within campaign finance guidelines.
