Denver police are on the lookout for a suspect who forcibly robbed a woman in an Aurora Family Dollar parking lot, officials said.

The woman was pushed against her car and had her purse stolen at the 911 South Havana St. Family Dollar in Aurora around 3:30 p.m., said Sgt. Chris Amsler, an Aurora Police Department spokesman. The woman was not injured.

The suspect is an older male with facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white writing on it and red pants, Amsler said.

Police said he was last seen driving into Denver in a black Jeep Cherokee.

The investigation is ongoing.
