Nearly a decade after its last album, is back. Carrie Brownstein, Corin Tucker, and Janet Weiss have announced that they will make a comeback with a new album, “No Cities to Love,” on Jan. 20 via Sub Pop. They’ve also released the first track off the new album, “Bury Our Friends,” which you can listen to above.
Along with the new album, Sleater-Kinney has shared 2015 tour dates that kick off on Feb. 8 at the Knitting Factory in Spokane, Wash. From there the band will stop at Denver’s on Feb. 12 and hit 22 cities through March 26.
Sleater-Kinney formed in 1994 and released its last album, “The Woods,” in 2005. See full Sleater-Kinney tour dates below.
