Long lines gathered early in the snow before and were set to perform inside the frozen on Monday night. Both British acts, Bastille and Ella Eyre stopped in Colorado as part of the American leg of their world tour. Singer-songwriter Ella Eyre opened for Bastille, performing a few songs off her debut album “If I Go.” As a headlining act in the cavernous arena, Bastille stole the show, and performed for well over an hour in front of a sold out Colorado crowd. Bastille is one of many fast rising British groups that have found state-side success in recent years blending musical elements of pop, synth and indie-rock.
