NCAA Tournament men’s basketball will return to the Pepsi Center.

The NCAA Basketball Committee announced site selections for the next three seasons Monday, and the Pepsi Center in Denver was chosen as one of eight hosts for first- and second-round games in the men’s 2016 NCAA Tournament.

The rounds are scheduled for March 17 and 19, 2016. The Mountain West Conference will serve as the official host.

First- and second-round games follow the annual “First Four” games in Dayton, Ohio.

Two teams will advance from the rounds at the Pepsi Center to the “Sweet 16” and regional competition.

The Pepsi Center previously hosted men’s preliminary rounds in 2004, 2008 and 2011. The 2012 Women’s Final Four was conducted at the Pepsi Center.
