“GoT: A Day in the Life,” debuting Feb. 8 on HBO, is a half-hour documentary that covers one day of production on three different sets, in three different countries – Belfast, Ireland; Dubrovnik, Croatia; Sevilla and Osuna, Spain – during the filming of season five.
