A teenaged boy riding an ATV died Thursday after crashing the four-wheeler in Grand Junction.
Lloyd Joseph, 13, was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident. The Mesa County Coroner’s Office said the crash appeared to be an accident and cited blunt force head injuries as the cause of death.
The accident occurred in the area of M Road and 22 Road around 5 p.m. Thursday.
