Interview with Nancy Ulibarri, owner
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I owned a resale dress boutique on eBay. Opening my own store has been my lifetime dream. I sold my house and used the money to open the store. It is truly a dream come true.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We are a trendy, edgy ladies boutique. Everything is chosen for the store with a diva in mind. We have so many unique items you will not find anywhere else.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: Fashion is my life! I love fashion and enjoy shopping for the inventory. This is the funnest job ever.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: People finding out we are here. We are a new store, so getting the word out can be difficult. We already have a lot of repeat customers; many come in each week to see what is new.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: We have a large resale dress and skirt boutique in the store. You can also order items from our store from our Facebook page ( divalicousboutique), and we will mail it to you for only a $3 charge.
