Re: “Ed Perlmutter wants quiet zones at Colorado rail crossings to be set up cheaper, faster,” March 23 news story.

It is hard to comprehend when individuals purchase a home or rent an apartment with the full knowledge of nearby train tracks. Those same tracks have been in place and used daily for decades. Now they want their cities to install quiet zones. Amazing.
