In Denver, she’ll talk about her new book, which is all about lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, and craving-busting meals. Recipes include Chocolate Raspberry Coconut Crepes, Mac ‘n chicken ‘n Cheese, and Spaghetti Squash Bolognese — which sound too tasty to be dietician-approved, much less low-calorie dishes, but they are.
