Wheat Ridge police are investigating the Tuesday night death of a 10-year-old boy.
Officials said officers responded shortly after 11 p.m. to a home on the 2600 block of Chase Street. The boy’s grandmother told officer she found him unresponsive; he was taken to a local hospital where he died.
Detectives with Wheat Ridge police are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death. Officials said no other details of the case are being released at this time.
