Littleton-based , a sales-performance consulting company, has acquired Boulder-based sales team performance research firm , the two companies announced Tuesday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
As a result of the transaction, CSO Insights will be integrated within the , the research arm of MHI Global.
“The powerful combination of data and expertise from CSO Insights and the MHI Research Institute allows us to offer best-in-class sales performance data and research,” Byron Matthews, MHI Global president and general manager, said in a statement. “In doing so, we are helping our clients to connect the dots by solving for complex (business-to-business) sales strategic issues.”
