
Three men have been charged in the shooting death of a 61-year-old man in his northwest Denver home.
Chad Baluska, 38, Eric Fuhs, 25, and Derek Webb, 28, have been charged with first-degree murder after deliberation, two counts of felony murder, burglary and aggravated robbery, according to a news release from the Denver District Attorney’s office.
The men are accused of going to 61-year-old Samuel Grady’s home on the 4900 block of Green Court on May 6. There, and then stole his wallet and truck, the news release said.
Fuhs is Grady’s nephew, and he was arrested May 9.
while driving the stolen truck on May 7. Webb was arrested on May 11.
All three were scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning. They are being held without bond in the Downtown Detention Center.
