“What that means is a chance to plan your move,” Montoya adds – choose from Smart-Space options for your home, maybe a full-wide 3-car garage; and most importantly, lock in a price before those move higher. Mac Donald and her team will show you sites near the clubhouse; and help you plan the timing of selling the old place.
