Traffic on northbound Interstate 25 in Castle Rock was stopped Sunday morning when a horse galloped from parts unknown onto the highway.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the incident occurred at about 10:17 a.m. The Colorado Department of Transportation said an accident had occurred at the scene, but a spokesman for the State Patrol said that wasn’t the case.
