Lakewood police said Tuesday morning they have found a 48-year-old woman .
“Tanya Lyons has been found and is OK,” police said in a tweet.
Authorities said last week they were becoming “increasingly concerned” about her whereabouts.
Officials did not immediately elaborate on the outcome of the case.
