A Westminster man faces a felony criminal charge in the death of his infant son.
Matthew Allen Burry, 33, has been charged with child abuse resulting in death, according to the Adams County District Attorney’s Office. His 7-week-old son, Dominic, died March 24.
Burry called 911 to report that his son was “unresponsive,” according to prosecutors. The infant was taken to a local hospital where he died.
He is being held on $100,000 bond, and his next court appearance is scheduled for July 7.
