
1 Parenting 101. Witnesses said a man threatened to hit his children with a rock if they didn’t hurry up outside the Arapahoe County Administration Building,5334 S. Prince St., Littleton, on May 28. Police arrived and detained him. The kids’ mother then began cursing at officers and walking behind them. She was handcuffed and issued a summons for obstruction. He was arrested on a year-old warrant.
2 Not smoothed. Two women got in a fight at a home in the 3700 block of West Arrowhead Road, Littleton, at 12:30 a.m. May 22. One of them said the other was her estranged husband’s sister who came over to smooth things out and visit her nephew. They drank and a fight broke out. The husband was also there and slammed his wife into a wall. A warrant was issued for him.
3 Deadline drama. Police stopped an SUV in the 8000 block of South Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, on May 19 after Enterprise Rent-A-Car reported it stolen when the renter did not return it or return calls. A woman in the car brought it back that day and no charges were filed.
4 Real nice guy. A woman said her boyfriend got upset on the drive home from a bar on May 22 and threw her purse out of the car. She said she lost consciousness and came to lying in the street in the rain in the 8100 block of Southpark Lane, Littleton, as he drove off. She had a welt on her face. He was later arrested.
5 Whose pants? A man stopped in the 3700 block of South Cherokee Street, Englewood, on July 3 allowed police to search him but claimed his pants weren’t his. The pants had heroin in them.
