Recreational restrictions on the South Platte River in Douglas and Jefferson counties were lifted Monday.
Restrictions had been in place because of high, fast-moving water on the South Platte attributed to weeks of heavy rainfall paired with high country snowmelt.
The restrictions had been in place for roughly a month.
