COLORADO SPRINGS — A 27-year-old man who was suspected of before he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head on Interstate 25 this week has been identified.
Damian Marsh’s death has been ruled suicide after an autopsy was completed, police said. Authorities said Marsh lived in Colorado Springs but often traveled to Texas.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on I-25 near Circle Drive at about 4:40 p.m. Tuesday. Responding officers found a single-car crash and Marsh dead.
