Electricity was restored to about 4,600 in the area of Conifer and Tiny Town late Monday Sunday night.
The Intermountain Rural Electric Association initially said the pole would not be repaired before Tuesday evening at the earliest, and possibly not before Wednesday morning.
IREA says power was restored in the area Monday night at 11:30 p.m.
The broken structure was on the Xcel Energy Transmission line that provides power to IREA’s grid in the Conifer vicinity, officials said.
IREA worried the repairs would be lengthy because the broken pole was in a an area of steep, rugged terrain.
The cause of the outage is under investigation.
